Are we going to remove this footnote, Jon?

If we're positive that there is no path that has an explicit way to
use/lose money.

Whatever happened to the SVG flowcharts? It'd be much easier to tell from
those. But upon manual inspection, I'm pretty sure that the only way to
section 62 is this:

   1 -> 105 -> 315 or 202 -> 100 -> 133 -> 49 or 262 -> 238 -> 84 -> 287 ->
62

which has no money spent or lost anywhere.

I also found these along the way:

(??) 16tlov 105: you choose not to dwell here -> you choose not to delay
here [tp: Or "tarry" or "stop" or any of numerous other synonyms; anything
but "dwell", which (notwithstanding the phrase "dwell on/upon") I've never
seen used to mean "stay for a little while", rather than "take up
residence"]
(??) 16tlov 105: give rise for concern -> give cause for concern [tp: Or
perhaps "give rise to concern"]

The SVG flowchart is at http://www.projectaon.org/test/en/svg/lw/16tlov.svgz and yes, according to it those are the only ways of reaching section 62.
