Hi JanI've added a footnote to Book 16 Section 60, Book 17 Section 303, and Book 20 Section 98 that links to the Section in Book 18 regarding the +4CS when using the Sommerswerd on the Plane of Darkness.
Look out for Book 20 very soon! It's in pretty good shape right now. We'll hopefully reach a consensus about your post regarding the Jewelled Mace sometime next week.
