Hey Katie,

Like kent said you can put the files in the art folders that already exist,
right click them and under the "SVN" menu click add and they should get a +
sign icon on them.

Or, you can make your new folder with the art in it, right click the folder,
and under the SVN menu and click "add".

Which ever way you do it, after you do one of the above steps, go to the
root folder (ie "The video game"), right click it and under the SVN menu
click commit to get to the window you have a screenshot of.

Type in a description of what you are adding or modifying and click the OK
button and it will upload it to SVN and send out an email to everyone with
the detail.s

That's all there is to it! (:
