Message: huge pirate dice update. I updated so many things I don't even
remember them all
-ui now displays which players turn it is
-ui now shows what the previous players did during their turn
-players can now raise and the bet
-raising the bet subtracts the correct amount of gold
-players can adjust the amount they raise the bet by
-players can fold
-ui shows what the current players dice rolled
-players can state what they have in their hand
-players can change thier statement
