A lot of testing tools use the same hooking methods as do most screen readers and, in more cases than not, they are completely incompatible with a lot of access technology (magnification is even worse).


Knowing a bit about how the screen readers work, I would say that the hardest problems will come in JAWS, HAL and Window-Eyes and the easier ones would be NVDA and System Access as the former has no hooking and the latter hooks very high and ought not conflict with testing tools.
