setting Vb 2008 express edition properly

Hi all,
I'm using Jaws 10 and Visual Basic 2008 express Edition with scripts
downloaded from empowermentzone.com. Inside the designer and presing the
tab key, controls are often not spoken.
Do I have to enable/disable something from the preferences menu?
