seeking accessibility of microsoft's certification exams

Hey everyone,
though i've asked this question before a few days back, but i had to
write it again since no one has responded to it yet.
no complains in fact, but a very polite request to everyone to please
look the question, and answer the same if you find it worth.
I’m planning to do some certifications from Microsoft now.
If any of you have already done so, would like to know, are those
online certification exams accessible with jaws?
Further, is there any provision for a visually impaired person to
avail extra time for them?
Please provide your inputs as soon as it’s possible for you, since I
am thinking to buy a voucher at the earliest now.
