nonvisualdevelopment.org problem

Greetings all --
I assume the above website is still current, am I correct? I have not
visited it for a while and my old login seems to have disappeared. I tried
creating a new one and encountered the captcha, and clicked on the audio
link, but it failed to work.
At the moment I am using IE8 on xp.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
