eclipse and visual c+++

Apologies for the odd subject line... Has anyone managed to get
command-line visual c++ working from inside the eclipse IDE? I managed to
configure the CDT to work with gcc but can't seem to do so with the VC++
command line compiler. The only reason I wish to do this is that I find
eclipse far easier to use with Jaws.
