accessible uml editor

Hi.

Pasting a link t a accessible uml editor.

Will this work and can I then export the diagrams created and export say to
a modelling project visual studio 2015 community, pro or ultimate version.

Any ideas?

And I do not have a hard ware device, so not any good purchasing the habtech
feedback tool.
