Hi, XP Professional. Thanks for any and all help. This is very annoying. As you have discovered, you can make a new entry ok, but when you go back with improvements to make, you find the critical buttons are all disabled. You haven't said which operating system you are using, which may be relevant. It may turn out to be a registry tweak that is now required. I have often found a really thorough Google to be informative in that regard. Sorry I have nothing more specific.
