Where is I S S under vista?

I have had another computer setback and had to get me a new computer. Starting 
a couple of projects over again.

How do I set up an Internet server on this Vista machine to run and test Web 
content?

Seems to me that all the stuff was under a folder called ISS under XP but I 
don't seem to find that here.
