In terms of .net, I wish I could say that SharpDevelop was accessible. Though it's written in WPF, which is generally accessible, it's not, and none of the current developers on that project are even remotely caring enough to even think about it. It will take one of us (probably me eventually as for my new adventures in C#). While people may still be using VB 6 somewhere out there, Visual Studio Express is free, up to date and there are scripts for JAWS available for it.
