I also feel that it should come into the presentation at some point the total cost of the equipment being used. Also it must be explained that Jaws does not come with the OS in case there are people that rush out to buy a Windows machine only to discover that Jaws is not there. The cost of Jaws of course is one of the sticking points of many small business owners not hiring the blind.
