JAWS
friendly at least, and does more than a registry scan; it scans and
removes
your junk, improves the security of your computer, detects and removes
spyware, detects and removes traces of your privacty, and so on.

Stay away from reg scrub, it hasn't ben updated for a while. Therefor
don't do as good as it had first claims.
Reg mechanic and reg first aid do a pretty good job of finding things
to
clean up and fix. unless they did a few changes reg first is still
more
accessible.
