Hello,
MiKTeX is made so that when a new package is required in a document, the
compiler automatically download and install it for you.
However, before downloading, an unaccessible with jaws dialog box may appear,
asking if yes or no it should download.... you just must have luck to click on
the right button or try again.
If these are commonly used packages, there shouldn't be any problem.
