Menu Nightmares

Hi.
created 2 menu strips, but jaws was only reading the one menu i had created,
and the menu items, a pain to remember, as about 7 or 8 items, with
different text values.
so, might try again, just one menustrip, and see what happens.
really frustrating, there must be an easier way to put menu strips, then add
menu items.
really starting to annoy me.
any one got any suggestions, or any addons i can use, which would do this?
