You only need one license for the copy running on the client. The jaws instance started in the rdp or citrics window picks up its license information from the client. However, in case of jaws with ILM authorization, I have had the server sometimes eat up one of the 3 authorized installations. This can be remedied by simply requesting for authorizations to be reset on http://fsactivate.com- this is free and not the same as buying new licenses. You may not run into this issue at all if you install jaws on the server from the rdp session and not physically on the remote machine. In either case, you definitely need only one license for one user no matter how many machines (local or remote) - he or she wants to work on.
