yes the tilde belongs in it, hmmm I've never had anyone not be able to log on

that's a direct copy of the IE shortcut I use to log on to the site, in fact
the one I used to upload the file

credentials, it sis that I could not log on using that user id password
combination. Does the ~ character belong in the password?

Some how, my computer got hung up when I was trying to uninstall VB
2005 Express. Now the program tells me it can't open the msi installer file.
Does anyone know how to fix the problem and uninstall the program?
