Help With Joomla

Hello guys, just wondering if anyone has worked with the joomla cms and has
any tips/advice and/or tutorials that could be helpful? I need to design
some sites with it and need some info to get started, both from an
accessibility point and a usability point. From what I've seen it's mostly
accessible, but wondering if I can make the experience better... Any
thoughts/comments appreciated...
