I think the main advantage of VS.net is the fact that we can create the design
of the forms easier than when we do it manually.

And when we need to start designing the forms, the first things we should do is
to use a layout manager.
Is it possible for the blind to do that?

If it is not, it could mean that VS.net is pretty useless for the blind.
(Of course, the inteliSense could be also helpful.)

Thanks.

Octavian
