Accessible boot screen?

I think some of you have used the wubi installer to get Ubuntu on
windows. It ran successfully on my Windows 7 machine. Now I have to
reboot and pick wubi or something. Is the boot screen accessible with
Jaws? Is there another way to finish the installation so Ubuntu can be
started as a Window application?
