Hey Jim,I haven't used this, but I got the URL from someone that says this works with jaws for creating, editing, and converting pages into PDF's.
it's called PDF Factory and it can be found at: http://www.fineprint.com/products/pdffactory/its not free, but there is a free trial, so you can find out if it will do what you need.
