Usually, at least as far as I know and as I have tested, editors based on elektron aren't very accessible or comfortable to use in general. Some people still use Visual Studio Code, I don't know how they do because I find it quite uncomfortable.

From your list, eclipse is probably one of the most both complete and accessible. I use it everyday at work. There are plugins for git integration, there are for dev server, and I'm pretty sure there are also for browser preview.
However, for just HTML/CSS edition, if you don't also do Java, python or PHP programming, it's perhaps overkill. Overkill / being a gaz fabrik is a common criticism of eclipse.

I'm making my own simple text editor, but it hasn't the functionalities you are requesting. If you are still interested let me know.
