The most important thing to remember with NW.js is that Jaws and NVDA
threat it like a browser: you can use navigation such as H to jump to
next heading, etc. Using ARIA you have the tools to do something
perfectly accessible.
However, it can also be a problem. With Jaws, the virtual cursor is
automatically reactivated each time you alt+tab into the application. If
you thought on doing something that can be navigated using regular
tab/shift+tab, people that aren't used to web browsers will be quickly lost.
For that reason, whether it's a good solution or not also depens on the
target audience
