if by "your browser" you mean if they run using the "locally installed
browser" then the answer is "no"

Electron, Nw.js and similar tools... come with their "own" version of
google chrome browser. That is why usually apps made with those things
are kind of "big"... like 100 megabytes minimum...

...I guess that is what you wanted to know... not sure....
