I had an interview a year ago that would have normally involved using one
of those coding websites. However I was up front about my blindness, and
they were willing to find an alternative way of assessing my basic coding
competency. Any decent group of software developers are going to understand
that creating accessible websites is difficult, and will not be too
surprised if you tell them that you are not sure any of these coding
websites are accessible for you.

Geeks for geeks is fantastic in this regard, even the edit box is
accessible directly from the browser.
I have coded in hacker rank and hacker earth in the past, but sometimes i
found the questions inaccessible there... I mean the mathematical and
diagramaatic type.
So I recommend geeks for geeks and leetcode.
