Hi Pranav,

Yes, there's a few methods of describing these sort of relationships, with 
topic maps and mind maps being two.  I'm afraid I don't know of any tools 
off hand for creating this sort of information.  My use of topic maps has 
been limited to using them to express relationships between conceptual 
knowledge in AI based research projects.  As I've been working with a small 
data set, I've fortunately been able to create the XML based topic maps by 
hand.

I'll ask some people I know who research in the field if they know of any 
tools for creating topic maps, or other forms of conceptual knowledge 
representation.
