From what most on the list have experienced, especially with 2012/2013, is
almost unusable IDE features. I will leave it up to someone who has ran
express 2012/2013 with JAWS 15 through the wringer to comment on this
problem.

I wouldnt jump of the cliff until we take a look at how far we can push jaws
or windoweyes with the express versions.
But the cost  of a full blown version of VS is indeed pretty steep price to
pay just to develop some free tutorials.
That said, if there any pros who have it and want to continue then the
project should support them even if we cant participate.
When I start something I finish it unless I run into something I just cant
work around but perhaps this is not a killer but rather just a pain in the
but.
