Hi,
I think that wmi allows you to run powershell scripts. Plus, it has
newer generations on top of that. Generally, if those are remote
networks, you should look into the MSP tools and what each of them can
offer you. If you can work with narrator, it might be easy enough even
using zoom to take control over the user's computer and to work with
that.

Dzhovani

I had a quick look at WMI/CIM but found it not functional enough. I don't
need to only get information from a specific device, but also need to edit
info: changing configuration, installing software, configuring software,...
Best way would be a remote session, but that's almost impossible when I
require braille...

Hi,
Have you explored WMI and the new mdm solutions for Windows?
Regards,
Dzhovani

Hi all

I have a bunch of customers who often need remote assistance with, for
example, updating and management of their computers. I cannot get SSH
access with a firewall rule, due to security reasons.

How can I get remote (over the Internet) access to a computer, or
using RDP (and braille support without a screen reader installed) or
over PowerShell (with administrative privileges)?

I’m looking forward for your replies 😊
