The issue you are seeing may be related to a know issue when using WebView2 in
WinUI 3 with NVDA and JAWS:

From what I understand, fixes are in the works for NVDA and JAWS.
My understanding is that fixes have been prototyped for both NVDA and JAWS, but
to the best of my knowledge, nothing has been released yet.
