Hi Roger,
Yes, you need to use the openCV library. Your first step however is to check
if the phone recognizes your camera. Get an OTG cable, plug your camera in
and check if your phone notifies you that something new has been installed.
If that happens, you can reference the camera in openCV and do whatever you
want.
