[program-l] Is there a small version of MySQL?

I have been looking around for an alternative to Access2007. I like the idea of 
a command line interface and GUI interface for the sighted folk. There is 
MS-SQL Express Compact edition of course. I couldn't find an MySQL equivalent? 
I couldn't find one but that may be my search strategy.
