Hey Roger,
It shouldn't be that difficult. Normally, it is enough to create an account
for a specific service, say Gmail.
You should be able to fill in any field of the application (registration)
form and submit it. The only issue could be a CAPTCHA, but these are not
solvable without sighted use.
The documentation of the several services (Gmail, Hotmail, Mail.com, etc.)
is mostly straightforward and clear, I suppose; these are written to be
understood be every computer dummy.
I took a quick search on the web and I could only find the official
documentation pages of the separate services and not an article about
creating an email address on all the most-used hosts.

Hi,
I have a friend who is fairly bad with computers and wants to create an
email address and I realised that I do not know how to do this without
sighted assistance.
The host is irrelevant, what I'm looking for is a step by step set of
instructions that an idiot can follow to set up an email address. The more
hosts the better possibly.
I'm using Windows 10 with NVDA if it makes a difference and it does.
