True. I added a \RequirePackage{xcolor} in the class to avoid this.

Well, it was supposed to be needed just once as these files might be
`contaminated'. It should be possible to run multiple times
afterwards. Is that the case or do you still get errors? Which?

Compilation is well done when the '.bm' file is not present (the '.toc' one doesn't matter). After the first compilation, a new '.bm' file is created and the problem is still present.
