Hi Rondi,

I thought it looked kinda familiar so it wasn't hard to find online. It
appears to be a lens from an early model Sony DSC RX100, my much loved
choice for a camera to take on my long treks. Pocketable but very good
quality.  I think this is from the first model and they are now up to Mark
VII. In fact, I just bought the newest one to replay my Mark III.

The numbers on the front of the lens  are the f stop and zoom range. It's
f/1.8 - 4.9. The zoon is 10.4 - 37.1 mm, the equivalent given its sensor
size to a 28 - 100 lens on a full frame.
