pictures of swallows on lines. I thought these were all Barn Swallows but I

Not a quality picture (neither picture is quality) but I am hoping that this is
good enough to confirm ID. Cliff Swallow?

This picture shows 2 Barn Swallows on the left and the bird in question on the
right. Another Cliff Swallow? The coloring on the head looks different but it
does also have a white patch on the forehead. Perhaps the coloring is just an
artifact of the conditions and camera.
Or are the photos not of sufficient quality to ID the birds?
