I purchased Photodesk 3.08 from CJE at the Midlands show. When I click layer#1 icon after dragging a selection* to layers (Paste into new layer) I often get the dreaded.......... "Photodesk has suffered an unexpected error". Sometimes this is recoverable just by clicking OK to continue. At other times error occurs and the program goes into a loop irrespective of what layer is clicked. This may be recoverable by dragging layer #1 to the dustbin, then re-making the selection and pasting to layer again. Another error is "Abort on data transfer at 6EF9C" that occasionally happens when "Paste into new layer" is clicked. This is immediately followed by......... "Photodesk has suffered an unexpected error". Quitting Photodesk and re-loading is the only solution. I have implemented............ |IF "<TWAIN$Path>"<>"" THEN RMLoad <Photodesk$Dir>.Modules.TwainPDIF * using "Filled line-segments" in Drawing tools for example I have never come across the problem with version 3.06. Although slow the reliability seemed much higher. Can anyone offer solutions. Running on a 5.13 RISC OS 512MB Aria Regards Richard
