The application works ok but I get a line at the top of the Thank you page: 
Notice: Undefined variable: HTTP_HOST in C:\My Web Site\phorm\phorm.php on 
line 46 When I look it up line 46 is:if ($HTTP_HOST != "www.phorm.loc") 
error_reporting(E_ERROR | E_WARNING | E_PARSE); Does anybody know what is 
wrong? Thanks Neal
