  MESSAGE:  (#3910) Database Error
            <http://www.phorm.com/support/?rev=3910>
  AUTHOR:   Scott

Internal Alerts:
040 - Error on query:

insert into Email Database (First Name,Last Name,Email Address,Source) values
('Scott','Clark','sclark@xxxxxxxxxxxx','Discovery Channel') MySQL says: You
have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your
MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Database First
Name,Last Name,Email Address,Source values 'B

I read in the documentation that versions of PHP older than 3.0.6 require
$PHORM_QUOTES = "True"; in the phormconfig.php file. I have PHP version 4.3.4
and I am getting this error message. I have attempted it both with and without
$PHORM_QUOTES = True;. That does not change the results.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
