Ann, 

There is no bug in the code - the way you are trying to use the redirect 
capability is not as was intended. Setting $PHORM_RCONFIG = "Y" in the 
phormconfig file requires that a form specific config file be specified for 
that form, it is an additional security measure. 

If $PHORM_RCONFIG is set and you don't specify a form specific config file, 
phorm aborts everything and shuts you out, which is what you are experiencing. 

The redirect function is not designed to be used for people accessing 
phorm.php directly, it is designed to be an alternative to an ack page once 
phorm has processed the contents of a form. 

My advice is to leave phorm to its own devices in regards to people accessing 
it directly - phorm does a pretty good job at stopping them. Unless people are 
trying to get into things they don't need to - they shouldn't ever end up at 
that page anyway. A plugin might allow customisation of this screen though.
