Phormation is "self explanitory". But the setup is not. I am running in 
Windows so if your running in Unix I am not sure if it's a different setup. 
But if it's win you need first to put phorm in your cgi-bin and run the 
examples. Then after that, and you have read the doc's FULLY, and you still 
have questions keep posting here... I will try to help the best i can.
