Thanks Alan;

Now that I know what to look for I actually got both registration emails, I just wasn't expecting an attachment. I thought that when PayPal re-directed me back to your site that I was supposed to download the registered product.

I'm a small ISP, and I get hundreds of emails a day, and I just didn't read the registration acknowledgement thoroughly. My bad. :(

I know that if I was to re-read your documentation I could answer this question, but what directory do fileattach.php and fileupload.php go in? Is it the /lib/ directory, or Phorm.php root (form.html) directory?

Thanks,

Joe

I'll re-send it. It's possible, though, that your email server or client is blocking emails with attachments. If you still don't get it, send me an alternate address at support@xxxxxxxxx

OK, I understand now. You're talking about the graphic link that says, "Phorm 3.0 Our flagship product." That's part of the page template, and should simply link to the page on the site which describes Phorm. And you're correct, it's a bad link.

The links for the Phormation installer are the ones that say "Zip format" and "gZip format". But you didn't buy Phormation, so they don't apply to you.

I understand; your feedback is taken in that vein, and is appreciated.

Did you not receive it?

No. The only registration acknowledgement I got was from PayPal. It did not have an attachment. Details in Email from Paypal (copy-paste): Payment Details Transaction ID: 2BS100087T600083F Sales Tax: $0.00 USD Total: $10.00 USD Item/Product Name: Phorm(tm) PHP Form Processor Item/Product Number: 8c50d-46851-c5f9b-de7e0-0f191-421af-24 Buyer: I-205 Internet Service

The link to get a registered copy of Phorm3.0 at: http://www.phorm.com/register/regack(_My-registration-key_).html is broken.
It's an HTML page; how is it broken? Its only purpose is to give
you a bookmarkable page with your reg key, and a link to download
Phormation.

Yes, and the link on that page to download Phormation is broken. If you don't believe me, and you don't want to fix the link problem, at least send me my registered version. I can't recreate the error without registering again. But if you go to http://www.phorm.com/register/regack.html (without the key number in the url) and click on the Phorm3.0 link, you will see the same error I got. Apparently the re-direct from PayPal is missing some data which produces the errors: Warning: 0 is not a MySQL link index in ./plugins/regstuff.php3 on line 10 Warning: 0 is not a MySQL result index in ./plugins/regstuff.php3 on line 12 Parse error: parse error, expecting `')'' in ./plugins/regstuff.php3 on line 15 Look man, I'm trying to help you out, I'm not complaining. Something is screwed up in the registration process from PayPal. Joe

Check out http://www.phorm.com/register/phorm.php3
I'm not sure where you got that URL, but it's just an old copy of Phorm I'd left laying around.
