Tom if for whatever reason you MUST use FAT32, (or something
other than NTFS), there's something called exFAT:

"If you haven't noticed one huge change with Windows 7 is that
FAT32 is no longer an option when formatting drives. You are
now left with the options of either NTFS or exFAT. OK so your
asking what is exFAT? Well its not FAT32, actually its
compatible with FAT64."

If you're having trouble recognizing an **external** FAT32
drive, see this:

(Ignore that "Recommended Fix: Download" link below the title,
it's just a bogus ad).

Unfortunately, you can't. Windows 7 requires NTFS.

Is it possible to install Windows 7 in FAT32?

Thanks,
