You could try putting the code or page in the validator at 
http://validator.w3.org/ and it might tell you what's wrong, 
but note that it will tag even the simplest of errors that 
cause NO problems.

I don't see where you have any PHP in the HTML code, and I'm 
not even sure you can do that.  Ok here it says you can, it can 
be embedded, but like I said I don't see it in your code. 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PHP  Look under "Syntax", to the 
right in that table.  There's data wrapped in <?php [code here] 
?> .  So that should open with <?php and close with ?>
