I never have been able to play FLV flash files on MPC (Media
Player Classic), and I found a Codec type program that will do
it if anyone is interested.

 .
Previously I had to convert .flv files to something else using
another program. The link is at the bottom and you may have to
click it a few times for it to work.

After installing it I did NOT have to do anything it says here
under the "Install and configure FFDShow" area.

I just clicked a .flv file and it played. But I did them
anyway.
