[PCWorks] Cox high speed internet speeds

I called Cox today and the man said my speeds are 7 MB down and 768 KB up.
At Speakeasy tonight 12:44 am I go 1963 KB down and 2292 KB up.
The man at Cox said all they could do is send a man out to check my
connection.
It looks like I am getting less than 1/3 what I should be receiving.
