Jan,

Are you just concerned with the heat from a refrigerator? It shouldn't hurt
it at all as long as there is air space around the tower. It should depend
more on how good your computer fans are, and if air is able to circulate.

Unless it is a very old refrigerator, the heat should only be coming out of
the back, and if the refrigerator is far enough away from the wall to allow
circulation, it should not be a factor to your computer.

Are you having computer problems that you think are related to this? Or just
curious?
