-=PCTechTalk=- realplayer.exe error

HI, I cant seem to get rid of this message that comes up with I boot up with
realplayer.exe trying to find a dll file. I thought I had deleted everything
associated with realplayer but I keep getting this error and when I try to
remove it from my remove/add programs menue it ask me to send an error report
or dont send. I am also still getting this darn backweb error when I boot
up,and when I search I cant find anything with the name backweb associated
with it.
