-=PCTechTalk=- XP boot files

When I had corrupted boot files on a Win98 drive, I could easily boot
from a floppy, and give the "sys c:" command to replace them.
Is there a similar way to do this on an XP Fat32 disk?
Trying to do a Repair install won't work - the Repair choice is not
even there......probably cause the boot files are messed up, and the CD
doesn't recognize that XP is/was installed on the drive.
